I have researched different traditional styles of dolls, and also researched miscarriage comfort dolls and their roles.
I discovered that miscarriage comfort are all very realistic, and soft.
But I think these kind of comfort dolls can lead you into a false sense of security and comfort.
Therefore I am going to make a wooden miscarriage comfort doll, because personally I feel like it will serve its purpose of being something to hold... but it will not replace the lost baby, so you cannot misguide yourself into thinking the lost baby can be replaced with a doll.
